The Foundation serves as a route to a better destination, not as a destination itself. We want to offer those who need it a home where they can become the best version of themselves by putting in the work to take advantage of opportunities granted to them. This includes supporting young professional development programs through the North Columbus Jaycee Chapter, providing computer access, and flexible community training spaces. As we continue to enhance our offerings to the Foundation residents we have identified remote work facilities or "Zoom Rooms" as a priority in the market today. We hope to create space for a third-party managed, resident integrated childcare program to provide greater opportunity for employment to our residents who have children. In the future we also want to create a facility for culinary or trade education where we can create a pipeline between our communities and gainful employment.
