Townhome Rental Portfolio

With the vision of expand affordable housing resources for low- and very low-income residents in the State of Ohio, the Foundation is currently in the process of renovating townhome-style duplexes and other multi-unit homes. 

The Foundation's Townhome Portfolio includes over 20 units of affordable housing located throughout Columbus, and Ripley Ohio. These locations allow the Foundation to offer housing to individuals who may not qualify for government assistance but also struggle to afford market-price rates.
