This project is a major step forward in expanding affordable workforce housing in downtown Columbus. Led by NCJC Housing & Development Foundation and Sunset Development, the development will bring 120 additional affordable housing units, commercial space, and community-focused amenities to complement the existing Jaycee Arms Apartments. With funding from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, the City of Columbus, Franklin County, the Affordable Housing Trust of Franklin County, and other key partners, this initiative represents a $45.8 million investment in the future of our community.
